Jeff Fox JBFox Capital principal Jeff Fox started investing in real estate in 2005 as a way to become financially free and diversify from the erratic swings of the equities markets. He received a Business degree from Colorado State University and followed that up with a degree in Financial Planning. Jeff's diverse experience includes everything from purchasing turnkey buy-and-hold properties to full renovation fix-and-flips. Jeff is currently invested in 145 single family homes and apartment units and a handful of flip projects. His true passion is matching investors to appropriate cash flowing real estate investments. Zach Harsh CashFlow Corner Capital, Inc. investment partner Zach Harsh is a 3rd generation real estate investor and has been in multi-family since 2009. His first purchase was a house hack on a 4-plex. After a couple large scope multi-family remodel projects in the Denver area he started buying and selling vacant land in multiple states. He specializes in finding off market deals and working directly with buyers and sellers. He has done over 500 real estate transactions and holds a large portfolio of notes. He is passionate about putting great deals together and finding the right team to get safe and solid returns for his investors. |

He has raised several million dollars for apartment syndications and is a general partner in over 800 apartment units in several markets around the country. Jens has a wealth of experience including; passively invested in 14 syndications/private investments, spanning over 800 apartment units, 2,000 mobile park lots and over 6000 storage units plus mortgage note funds and private money lending. Jens has a passion for coaching new investors and enabling their success through strategy, accountability and personal growth. |
